Mission StatementThousand Oaks Little League is a 100% volunteer-run youth baseball organization affiliated with Little League International. Thousand Oaks Little League (TOLL) is a 501(c)(3), not-for-profit corporation. Little League California District 13TOLL Baseball is part of California District 13. TOLL Baseball is governed by a Charter Committee at Little League International and is overseen by a local league Board of Directors. The volunteer Board of Directors is elected annually under the TOLL Constitution as approved by Little League Baseball, Inc. and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the league within the rules, regulations, and policies of Little League Baseball®.
Little League International Since its founding in 1939, Little League has instilled leadership, character, courage and loyalty in all that participate, including the nearly 1.5 million adult volunteers. Little League can be found in more than 80 countries worldwide with more than 2.4 million children participating each year.
TOLL Umpire Information and ApplicationAre you are interested in being an umpire this season? Thousand Oaks Little League uses both youth and adult umpires. (Minimum age to umpire is 13).Training will be offered and mandatory training clinics are held.
