Thank you, managers and coaches for taking on this important leadership role! Thousand Oaks Little League has many resources available to help you in being a teacher and mentor to our young kids.
Coaches and Managers should follow the Sports League Ethics Code that related to the rules of conduct and standards of leadership for coaches. The 6 principles of the program are:

- Caring
- Citizenship
