2024 All-Stars Interest

Hi TOLL families!

Selection to an All-Star team is a new process each year. Previous selection to an All-Star team does NOT ensure selection in each successive season.

For the upcoming 2024 season, Thousand Oaks Little League will be fielding seven (7) All-Star teams, listed below -

  • Juniors (sanctioned)
  • 12U  (sanctioned)
  • 11U (sanctioned)
  • 10U (sanctioned)
  • 9U
  • 8U
  • 7U

*Note: The teams marked as sanctioned above are All-Star teams governed by Little League International. All tournaments for these age groups are played under the guidance of District13 and Little League International. The 9U- 7U teams are handled differently and play local tournaments managed by other leagues.

Being selected to play for an All-Star team is a distinct honor and privilege, and with that, comes responsibility. Although there may be individuals that desire to play postseason, players selected demonstrate superior ability and skill, as well as a desire to improve their level of play. To develop competitive and representative teams, parents and players alike must understand that there are significant time commitments, along with some financial as well. For example, these expectations include:

  • The ability to attend practices and games for the full duration of the All-Star season. Practices and games are normally held several days per week, at the Managers' discretion, and games may be located outside of Thousand Oaks. Participation in other activities that could conflict with practices and/or games should be scheduled for a time after tournament play or to minimize conflict with All-Star activities. A player may be removed from the team at the discretion of the All-Star team manager (approved by the TOLL Board of Directors) if the player misses too many practices and/or games. Examples of conflicting activities may include family vacations, summer camps, alternate sports/activities, etc.
  • There is a fee for the All-Star uniform and a required deposit. Parents may also be responsible for some expenses associated with travel, tournament fees, etc.

In order to participate on an All-Star team, every player is required to provide an original (stamped) Certificate of Live Birth. Each player must also provide additional documents which prove their eligibility within TOLL's boundaries.

Completion of the All-star interest form does NOT guarantee the player will be drafted to a Thousand Oaks Little League All-Star team for the 2024 postseason. This agreement is entered into for the purpose of explaining All-Star/ Tournament play, and defining the terms and conditions of player, parent and manager/ coach participation, should your child be drafted to participate in the 2024 All-Stars season.

If a commitment letter is not completed, your player will NOT be considered for TOLL's 2024 All-Star season.
