Spring 2021 Registration FAQs

Q. What happens if the season is cancelled after I pay and before the season begins?

A.  TOLL will issue a full refund (minus any credit card fees collected by SportsEngine: $1.00 technology fee plus 3.00% of the payment amount).

Q. What happens if the season begins but then is subsequently cancelled?

A. Our plan is to not begin the season until there is a good indication that we will be able to complete at least most of it.  However, if we are forced to stop our season by the State, County or School District, the TOLL Board has adopted the following refund policy.  Please note that the Board will reevaluate this policy if the season dates must be changed.

REFUND POLICY
        • There will be no refunds given after January 13, 2021, unless the season is shortened or cancelled due to State/County/Local restrictions.
        • A $25 processing fee will apply to all player cancellations, unless the season is shortened or cancelled due to State/County/Local restrictions.
        • TOLL does not refund online payment fees charged by SportsEngine ($1.00 technology fee plus 3.00% of the payment amount is assessed).  TOLL does NOT receive any of the online payment fees charged by SportsEngine. 

COVID-Related Refunds - This refund policy applies if there are State/County/Local restrictions due to COVID-19.
        • TOLL will issue a full refund if the season is cancelled before the season begins. 
        • TOLL will issue a full refund if the season is cancelled before April 2, 2021.
        • After April 2, 2021, TOLL will evaluate the state of the league and determine future refunds and discounts. 
        • TOLL does not refund online payment fees charged by SportsEngine ($1.00 technology fee plus 3.00% of the payment amount is assessed).  TOLL does NOT receive any of the online payment fees charged by SportsEngine.

Q. What safety measures will be taken this season?

A. TOLL has submitted a complete COVID plan with varying options that will be shared prior to welcoming families back to the fields. 

Q. How do I get my 10% discount?

A. All returning families will automatically receive the discount if registered by the Early Bird deadline of December 31, 2020.   The 10% discount will not apply after the Early Bird deadline.

Q. Do I have to pay a volunteer fee again?

A. Returning families will not pay a volunteer fee this season and will have the opportunity of recouping last season’s $40 if a 3-hour Snack Shack volunteer shift is completed. If Snack Shack volunteers are not allowed due to State, County or School District guidelines, the Board will ensure there will be other opportunities for families to recoup the $40.
