November 1, 2018: Online Registration Opens Please register your player(s) online.  You can select to pay online with a credit card or check OR select the offline payment option and either drop off payment at an In-Person date or mail in your payment.  Offline payments of cash or check are not assessed a processing fee.

Regardless of your payment method, it is very important for all our families to register online.  This year, during the online registration process, you can choose to either pay via credit card or send in a check.  

The goal is to get more families to register during the Early Bird Pricing Period to help ease some of the paperwork that comes with paper registration.  Early registration also lets us prepare for Try Outs/Evaluations more effectively.   We appreciate your help with these efforts.

Sibling Discount

If you are registering more than one player in your family this season, you will receive a $20 discount on the second (and third, if applicable) child's registration fee. Please register all of your players at the same time. Failure to do so will result in a forfeiture of your family's discounted rates.


Snack Shack Volunteer Fee

TOLL is a non-profit organization and is run by volunteers. We rely on volunteers to run all the league operations, and this season we will be using TOLL volunteers to assist with the Snack Shack.

There is a $40 snack shack volunteer fee per family. This is an addition to the registration fee.

Three (3) hours of volunteer time in the snack shack is required per family for those that wish to receive the snack shack volunteer fee back at the end of the season.

Refunds will be processed the day you finish your three hours. This fee will be capped at $40 per family. 


Refunds

There will be no refunds given after January 15, 2019.  A $25 processing fee will apply.  If payment was made with a credit card, refund will be issued for registration fees only (minus $25 processing fee).  TOLL will not refund online payment fees charged by sportngin ($1.00 technology fee plus 3.00% of the payment amount is assessed).  TOLL does NOT receive any amount of the online payment fees charged by sportngin.
